General Guidelines for Paper Submission
- Papers will be accepted only through the online submission system on the Congress web page, and papers sent by post or fax will not be evaluated.
- The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific referees; the acceptance and presentation of the papers in the congress will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
- The abstracts and full texts will be sent electronically to the authors.

- A participant will be able to submit a maximum of 2 (two) papers.
- In order for the abstracts to be accepted, the author who will make the presentation must register to the congress.
- Papers will be presented as Poster and Verbal.
- Paper submissions will be made online via the website, the points to be considered when submitting a paper are stated below;
Abstract Rules
- Papers should be prepared in Turkish and English in accordance with the grammar rules.
- Abstracts should be prepared in maximum 350 words.
- Submitted papers can be written as research, review, case report. The research abstract should be structured. The abstract should consist of aim, method, findings, conclusion and keywords.
- The maximum number of keywords should be 5 and should be separated by commas. Keywords should be given in accordance with the "Turkish Scientific Terms" (TBT) (See. http://www.bilimterimleri.com/ ).

* Full Text Papers will be published in the Journal of Women's Health Nursing (KASHED). Full Text Papers must be prepared according to the Journal rules.

Oral Presentation Rules
- Oral presentations will be made in Turkish.
- Oral presentation time is planned to be maximum 5 minutes.
- Oral presentations must be transferred to the computer in the control room at least 2 hours before the presentation time.
Poster Paper Submission Specifications
- Participants who have been notified that their papers have been accepted as posters are invited to exhibit their posters at the time and place notified to them by the congress organisers.

2. Assistance for gluing posters will be provided by the congress organisers.
3. Posters should be prepared in such a way that they can be easily read from a distance of two metres and, if possible, should be graphic or figure-heavy and interesting.
4. It should be prepared in 70cm X 90cm dimensions with the long side on the vertical axis.
5. Poster title should be written in capital letters.
6. On the next line, the authors, their titles and the institution they work for should be written.
7. If the poster is a research paper, it should be prepared in such a way that the text includes Objective/Methods/Findings/Results.
8. In posters, it would be appropriate to use the footnote method in the text.

FULL TEXT Paper Writing Rules
The following formal rules should be followed in the articles accepted as a paper and sent for full text publication.
Research articles; It should consist of Turkish and English Abstract, Introduction, Objective, Method, Results, Discussion, Use of Results in Practice, References.
Review articles areIt should consist of Turkish and English abstract, Introduction, Progress, Conclusion and References.
Introduction; The framework of the subject should be drawn, the importance of the subject and the purpose of the compilation should be explained. Development section; a structure related to the subject area should be created.
Case reports; Abstract (Turkish and English), Introduction, Case Presentation, Discussion, References should be given. Case presentation can be supported with photographs and flow charts. Necessary permissions must be obtained for photographs and flow charts.
Page Structure and Format: All articles should not exceed 15 pages. Abstracts and references are included in the 15-page limit. The article should be written in Microsoft Word programme, A4 paper size, 2.5 cm margin from each edge of the page, 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman font, 12 point font and should be sent electronically by uploading to the system from the congress web page.
Main topics; (Introduction, Method, Results, etc.) should be capitalised, bold and centred.
Subtopics; The first letter should be capitalised, italicised, bold and left justified.
Summaries: It should be in the word count (350 words maximum) and content that the study is accepted to the congress proceedings system. It should be written in Turkish and English. Turkish and English abstracts should be on separate pages and should be written in 12 point font. References should not be shown in the abstract.
Research Articles;
IntroductionThe approach and purpose in the literature related to the subject being analysed should be included. This section should include the purpose or research question/hypothesis.
Method Section; The type of the research, the place where the research was conducted, the population / sample of the research, data collection tools, the procedure / intervention (if the research is experimental or quasi-experimental study, it should be), the evaluation of the data and the ethical aspect of the research (ethics committee permission / institutional permission, obtaining written / verbal consent from individuals) should be written as subheadings.
Findings Section; In this section, descriptive statistics of the data obtained (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, etc.), statistical tests used, test and probability (p) values should be clearly written.
Tables and Figures: The table number and table title should be above the table, the first letters of the words should be capitalised, bold, 12 pt. A full stop should be used after the table number. Tables should not include a vertical line. Each table must be cited in the text. Line spacing within the table should be 1 line spacing and 10 pt. Explanations of the table should be written under the table using signs such as "*", "**", one line spacing and 10 pt.
Figures/graphics and pictures: There should be a sequence number and title, and the title should be placed under the figure/graphics. The name of the figure/graphic and the picture should be left justified, 12 pt, the first letters of the words should be capitalised and bold.
Tables, figures and pictures taken from another source should be cited as footnotes. Tables, figures and graphics should be placed where they should be in the text. The total number of tables, figures, graphs or pictures should not exceed 6.
Discussion Section: The findings of the study should be discussed and interpreted with the results of other studies in the light of the literature.
Use of Results in Practice; The contributions of the results obtained from the study to the field of practice should be explained and recommendations should be made based on the findings obtained.
Resources Section;
All references in the text should be included in the bibliography and all references in the bibliography should be included in the text. References should be cited in APA 6 Style (See https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/kashed/writing-rules) should be prepared.
