• Participation with accommodation includes 23-24-25 October 2025 nights, standard room, ultra all-inclusive accommodation.
• The companion fee includes all-inclusive accommodation in a double room on 23-24-25 October 2025.
• Participants or sponsors who do not receive accommodation service from the congress agency during the congress scientific activities should register without accommodation due to the "ultra all inclusive" concept of the congress hotel and the external participant fee requested by the hotel.
• One child aged 0-6 years staying with two adults is free of charge and children aged 6-12 years are discounted by .
• The number of rooms with a two-night stay is limited.

TRANSFER DETAILS

• The collective transfer fee between the airport and the hotel, which will take place on 23 October arrival and 26 October return, is 50 € per person, two ways.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Accommodation cancellation requests must be notified to ATLAX in writing.
• refund will be made for cancellation requests made until 05 May 2025.
• No refund will be made for cancellations on and after 05 May 2025.
• Name changes can be made until 05 May 2025 at the latest. The organisation does not accept any responsibility for the changes to be made after this date.
• All refunds will be made after the event.
